BCREA Makes Historic Donation to FVRCF
The British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA) has made a historic gift to the Fraser Valley REALTORS® Charitable Foundation. Earlier this year, the BCREA donated $15,000 to the FVRCF in support of its mission to improve the lives of at-risk youth. This is the largest donation received by the FVRCF to-date.
BCREA is the provincial association for REALTORS® and works in collaboration with the province’s eight real estate boards. As a champion for the real estate sector, BCREA is proud to support the Fraser Valley REALTORS® Charitable Foundation.
BCREA CEO Trevor Koot said that making a leadership gift to the FVRCF was important. “REALTORS® do so much for their communities. The FVRCF was founded by REALTORS® and will continue to make a difference in the communities served by the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board because of the ongoing generosity of REALTORS®,” said Trevor. “The BCREA is pleased to support their efforts.”
“The Foundation is grateful for partners like BCREA,” said John Barbisan, Chair of the FVRCF. “As REALTORS®, we know that we can count on the BCREA for professional support. I am pleased that the BCREA is supportive of our philanthropic and community efforts as well.”
The Fraser Valley REALTORS® Charitable Foundation is among the largest charitable foundations in the Fraser Valley and one of the largest in the real estate sector in Canada, thanks to the generosity of local REALTORS® and donors like the British Columbia Real Estate Association.
