Join us in changing the lives of at-risk youth in the Fraser Valley. We’re looking to partner with charities that are making a difference, impacting lives, and creating a better future.
To apply and be eligible for a grant, you must meet a few requirements. We need to make sure that you’re a reputable charity and ensure that our funds are going to directly help at-risk youth. The following three requirements are mandatory to apply for one of our grants.

Charities must be registered and in good standing, and you will need to provide your Charitable Registration Number.

Charities that are located in Surrey, North Delta, Mission, Abbotsford, City of Langley, Township of Langley, or White Rock are eligible to apply.

The FVRCF is interested in partnering with charities that work directly with youth and will not support other foundations or funding organizations.

If your charity meets all the criteria (1-3) above, you can fill out the form further down on this page. After completing this form and providing your charity number, we will email your organization the grant application form within 2–3 business days.
The last day to submit the grant application is on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, by 4:00pm. Applications from charities that have met our criteria will be reviewed by our granting committee and will be notified of results in November 2025.
One-time grants will range from $1,000 to $25,000. You should determine the amount of funding you need for your project and submit an application for that amount.
Your project may be eligible for funding if your charity meets all of the above criteria and it supports at-risk youth through skills and training (for example, employment preparation, financial literacy, nutrition and physical health programs, mental health programs, communication and leadership skills, etc.) and/or it provides essential services and programs (for example, emergency or temporary shelter services, transitional housing programs, health services, including mental health services and/or outreach programs, meal programs and food banks, etc.).
If your head office or mailing address is located in a community other than Surrey, North Delta, Mission, Abbotsford, City of Langley, Township of Langley, or White Rock, you may be eligible to apply if you offer a program or service in one of those Fraser Valley communities we’ve listed. We need to be able to specifically fund that particular program or service in that community.

Charities that are in the process of applying for registration are not eligible to apply for a grant at this time. Non-profit organizations without a Charitable Registration Number are not eligible to apply for a grant.
The FVRCF will not support partisan political causes, foundations (funding organizations like hospital, school, or community foundations), deficit or endowment funding, or religious organizations for religious purposes.
Yes! If your charity meets our criteria and filling out an application form is a challenge for your organization, please contact us directly for support. The FVRCF aims to be a low-barrier granting agency that gets much-needed funds to worthy charities quickly and easily.
A volunteer committee composed of members of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board and the Directors of the Fraser Valley REALTORS Charitable Foundation, representing the communities of Surrey, North Delta, White Rock, Langley, Mission, and Abbotsford will review all eligible grant requests.
The application will require a project/program budget, your organization’s operating budget, audited financial statements (if unavailable, a balance sheet and income statement for the most recent fiscal year will work), your most recent Annual Report or newsletter, and a list of your Board of Directors.
If your organization meets our criteria and we have ‘opened’ a granting cycle, a detailed application form will be emailed to you within 2-3 business days. A deadline for submissions will be shared with you.
